Starting off the season with a win against the Buffalo Sabres, the Canadian team went on to suffer defeats from the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Los Angeles Kings, the San Jose Sharks, and the Anaheim Ducks. After skating to victory against the Phoenix Coyotes and the New Jersey Devils, the Senators lost to the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday. Ottawa is currently in sixth place for the Atlantic Division with eight points, according to ESPN.
