NHL fans can live stream tonight's faceoff between the Vancouver Canucks and the St. Louis Blues for free online.

The two teams will take the ice at 8 p.m. ET from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo.

The St. Louis Blues had a strong start to the 2013 season and boast a 5-1-1 record. After defeating the Nashville Predators in the season opener, the Blues skated to victory against the Florida Panthers, the Chicago Blackhawks, and the New York Rangers before falling to the San Jose Sharks. Last week's faceoff with the Blackhawks led to a shootout victory for the Blues, but they fell to the Winnipeg Jets a day later. St. Louis is currently ranked fifth in the Central Division with 11 points, according to ESPN.

Coming into tonight's game, the Vancouver Canucks are 7-4-1. Starting off the season with a loss to the San Jose Sharks, the Canucks went on to beat the Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, and New Jersey Devils before being crushed by the Sharks once more. After a defeat at the hands of the Montreal Canadiens, the Canucks scored two more wins against the Philadelphia Flyers and the Buffalo Sabres before falling to the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Columbus Blue Jackets. Wins over the New York Islanders on Tuesday and the New Jersey Devils on Thursday helped position the Canucks at second place for the Pacific Division with 15 points, according to ESPN.
