NHL fans can live stream tonight's faceoff between the Washington Capitals and the Vancouver Canucks for free online.

The two teams will take the ice at 10 p.m. ET from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Entering their 12th game of the season, the Washington Capitals have a 5-6-0 record. The D.C. team started off the season with a loss to the Chicago Blackhawks, but soon scored their first win in a shootout with the Calgary Flames. After a three game winning streak courtesy of the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Winnipeg Jets, and the Edmonton Oilers, the Capitals lost to the Flames on Saturday. Washington is currently in fourth place for the Metropolitan Division with 10 points, according to ESPN.

Coming into tonight's game, the Vancouver Canucks are 8-4-1. Starting off the season with a loss to the San Jose Sharks, the Canucks soon entered their first of two three game winning streaks with victories over the Edmonton Oilers, the Calgary Flames, and the New Jersey Devils. Currently coming off triple wins courtesy of the New York Islanders, the New Jersey Devils and the St. Louis Blues, the Canucks are in third place for the Pacific Division with 17 points,
