Information for the new Call of Duty: Ghosts game has surfaced after a new teaser trailer for the game was released Tuesday.

According to VIDEOGAMER, leaked screens and a teaser trailer show an Extinction mode where players can battle Aliens. The mode will be similar to the Black Ops Zombies game type.

COD ONLINE recently uncovered new multiplayer maps and game modes for Call of Duty: Ghosts.

The multiplayer maps include, Chasm, Flooded, Free Fall (bonus map), Freight, Octane, Overload Prison Break, Seige, Sovereign, Stonehaven, Strikezone, Stormfront, Tremor, Warhawk, and Whiteout. Some game modes include, Search and Destroy, Search & Rescue, and Team Deathmatch.

Multiple sources have claimed that the game will have a higher resolution on PS4, than it will on Xbox One, according to Digital Spy.

Sony's Adam Boyes confirmed at conference in Brazil that the game will run at 1080p on PS4. Current reports suggest that the Xbox One version of the game will run at a low 720p. Microsoft representatives have not confirmed or denied these reports, but Microsoft's Albert Penello did respond on Twitter.

"I've seen COD: Ghosts running on Xbox One. It looks f'n amazing. Wait for real footage, then judge for yourself."

Phil Spencer, VP for Microsoft Game Studios, also commented on the claims: "As first party I don't get builds of 3rd party games. I know what our 1st party games are doing."

Call of Duty: Ghosts will launch on Nove. 5 for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. The game will be available for the Xbox One and PS4 when the respective systems are released later in the year.
