Kerry Washington Pregnant Confirmed, Baby Bump PHOTO; Expecting With Husband Nnamdi Asomugha Put in Scandal' Season 3 Storyline?
Art imitates life with actress Kerry Washington.
The Scandal star is reportedly following the secret-keeping style of her character Olivia Pope on the hit ABC show -- she is quietly expecting her first child with her NFL player husband, Nnamdi Asomugha.
"She's about four months along," an insider told Us Weekly, confirming the actress' pregnancy in the magazine's issue out on newsstands now.

Washington, 36, was just as secretive about her summer wedding to Asomugha, 31. He currently plays for the San Francisco 49ers, whom he signed with in April. He was part of the Oakland Raiders for eight seasons and the Philadelphia Eagles for two seasons.
TerezOwens reported Washington wed Asomugha on July 2. It was reported on July 3 that the newlyweds applied for a marriage license on June 24 in Blaine County, Idaho and that they later wed in Hailey, Idaho.
Washington's parents witnessed the intimate ceremony that was officiated by Asomugha's sister, according to the magazine. The city's Clerk's Office confirmed the report in a statement, saying, "It has been recorded in the Blaine County clerk's office that Nnamdi Asomugha and Kerry Washington have been married on the 24th of June in the town of Hailey, Idaho."
It is the first marriage for Washington, 36, who was previously engaged to her long term boyfriend, David Moscow. They split in 2007.

An insider close to Washington revealing in July that the actress is pregnant and planned to keep it a secret, Enstars previously reported. The insider added that Washington is working with Scandal creator and executive producer Shonda Rhimes to include a pregncany storyline for her character in season 3 of Scandal.
In her cover story for Glamour magazine's October 2013 issue, Washington explained why she was secretive about her marriage.
"I learned through experience that it doesn't work for me to talk about my personal life. I've had earlier times in my career when I did talk about it," she said. "I was on the cover of a bridal magazine [InStyle Weddings, in 2005, when Washington was engaged to actor David Moscow]. But I couldn't just turn around and say, 'I only want to talk about the good stuff, but not the bad stuff.' So I just thought, 'OK, no more,' "
She fueled more pregnancy speculation when she told New York Post newspaper's Page Six column earlier in October that that she doesn't drink alcohol. Some speculated that it could it be a cover-up for a pregnancy.
"I actually live quietly. Work hard. Get bored easily. Don't drink," Washington said. "Who needs those empty calories? I watch what I eat. I train, do pilates."
