NHL fans can live stream tonight's faceoff between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the New York Rangers online.
The two teams will take the ice at 7:30 p.m. ET from Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Entering their 16th game of the season, the Pittsburgh Penguins have an 11-4-0 record. Starting off the season with a string of wins against the New Jersey Devils, the Buffalo Sabres, and the Carolina Hurricanes, the Penguins recently went through a short losing streak. However, the Pennsylvania team rallied last week and skated to victory against the Columbus Blue Jackets twice over the weekend. Pittsburgh is in first place for Metropolitan Division with 22 points, according to ESPN.
Coming into tonight's game, the New York Rangers are 6-8-0. After losing to the Phoenix Coyotes in the first match of the year, the Rangers picked up their first victory against the Los Angeles Kings on Oct. 7. The New York team then proceeded to fall before the San Jose Sharks, the Anaheim Ducks, the St. Louis Blues, the New Jersey Devils, the Montreal Canadiens, and the Philadelphia Flyers. After skating to victory against the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday and the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday, the Rangers lost once again to the Anaheim ducks on Monday. The Rangers are currently in fifth for the Metropolitan Division with 12 points, according to ESPN.
