The husband of murdered bride Estrella Carrera who was found murdered in her wedding dress has been named as the prime suspect for her gruesome murder. Arnoldo Jimenez, 30, is reportedly on the run in a black 2006 Maserati in Chicago. He is six-foot and weighs 230 pounds.


The 26-year-old bride was found dead stabbed to death n her bathtub in Chicago, still dressed in her wedding dress. They married on Friday. Her death has been ruled a homicide by detectives after an autopsy. Burbank Police Department investigated the death as a "domestic situation."


Carrera was last reportedly seen on Saturday morning at 2a.m. after visiting a club in Chicago. Her wedding was not disclosed to anyone and had been a secret but Carrera had told her father. Later friends and family were invited for the a party on Friday.
"She didn't want to tell me she had gotten married," Sandy Lopez, Carrera's cousin, told The Chicago Tribune. "She didn't tell anybody besides her father the day before."


The newlyweds got hitched at the Cook County Courthouse. They dated for two years and have a child together. Suspicion of Carrera's whereabouts came up when she didn't pick up her two children from here sister's home and was later found dead in a bathtub.


Authorities believe that Carrera had been stabbed to death by Jimenez just hours after the wedding ceremony for not keeping their wedding a secret.


Carrera leaves behind a 9-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son.
