The Hunger Games: Catching Fire star Jennifer Lawrence recently dissed Fashion Police and other shows based on judging looks.

Lawrence participated in a Yahoo Q&A session on Thursday and went on a rant about Fashion Police on E!, in which hosts Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos judge celebrity fashion.

"There are shows like Fashion Police that are just showing these generations of young people to judge people based on all the wrong values and that it's OK to point at people and call them ugly or fat," Lawrence said. "They call it 'fun' and they say 'welcome to the real world' -- and that shouldn't be the real world. It's going to continue being the real world if we keep it that way. We have to stop treating each other like that and stop calling each other fat."

Lawrence discussed her issues with Hollywood's expectations for women, using the media calling her fat as an example.

"There are unrealistic expectations for women, it's disappointing that the media keeps it alive and fuels that fire. It's something that really bothers me -- because I love to eat," she added at the Q&A.

"You look how you look, you have to be comfortable,' she added. "What are you going to do? Be hungry every single day to make other people happy? That's just dumb."

The actress joked that if anyone tells her to go on a diet then she tells them to "go f- yourself."

Lawrence will be reprising her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. She also has several other films on her slate, including American Hustle, Serena and X-Men: Days of Future Past.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is scheduled for release in theaters on Nov. 22.
