The X Factor judge Simon Cowell has been drafted in his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman's divorce proceedings.

Silverman agreed in a settlement to pay her ex-husband, Andrew Silverman, $50,000 if Cowell goes anywhere near their 7-year-old son Adam, according to TMZ. The "stay-away" clause is said to be in effect until January 2015.

If Lauren breaks the terms and Cowell is near the child three times before then, she will not be able to have any contact with her son until the court gives her permission.

Based on the agreement Andrew is not allowed to speak negatively of Cowell when Adam is around. He also has to make sure no one else does either. On top of that, Andrew and Lauren have agreed not to let Adam call anyone else "Mom" and "Dad" except them.

Andrew is said to be paying the expectant mom $3,000 a month for child support.

Lauren and Cowell announced they are expecting their first child together while she was still married to Andrew were. Adultery is no longer the cause of divorce and has been changed to "broken down irretrievably." Her due date, February 28, was revealed on Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Lauren wants to have the baby on the East Coast, instead of Los Angeles where Cowell works and Lauren often travels, so her mother can help take care of the chidl. The couple has already secured a room in Manhattan for her due date and rented a spacious apartment for $25,000 a month.

"They're aren't engaged, but Cowell implied wedding bells will be ringing soon. Daily Mail reports that Cowell said, "Let's put it this way, I wouldn't expect her to be a single mother."
