Heidi Montag Plastic Surgery 2013 To Be Addressed With Husband Spencer Pratt On New Reality Show 'After Shock: Heidi & Spencer'
Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt will return to the small screen with their own television special next month.
The couple, who was considered the villains of The Hills, will appear in an hour-long special titled, After Shock: Heidi & Spencer. It will premiere on E! on Monday, Dec. 9.
The couple will discuss their rise and fall from fame following the end of the MTV series in 2010. They will address Montag's multiple plastic surgeries as well as future plans, which include starting a family, and the lavish lifestyle they once lived.
"The second [The Hills] ended, in 2010, the jig's up. Now you're irrelevant. Your 15 minutes are up" Pratt told E!.
The couple first appeared on MTV's Laguna Beach before appearing on the show's spinoff The Hills. The couple secretly eloped and wed in Mexico in 2008. They later had a ceremony, which was attended by their co-stars Brody Jenner and Lauren Conrad.
After being phased out of The Hills, the couple appeared on NBC's I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here in 2009, VH1's Famous Food in 2011 and Celebrity Big Brother U.K. in 2012.
Pratt is currently attending the University of Southern California to earn a degree in political science.
After enduring a controversial and staggering 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day in 2010, Montag Pratt had a breast reduction last month. She opened up to Entertainment Tonight and even allowed their cameras in the surgery room as she underwent the procedure to have her F-cups reduced to a size D.
She spoke with ET host Brooke Anderson about the many medical problems needed, as a result from having breasts that weighed three pounds each on her tiny frame.
"I have a ruptured disc in my neck, the nerves are pinching my spine, and then I'm having severe back problems with my muscles on my right shoulder," Montag explained. "And my spine is being pulled forward from the weight of my breasts."
