Fergie Baby Axl Jack: Tells Ellen Degeneres How She Chose The Name With Husband Josh Duhamel [VIDEO]
Fergie visited The Ellen Show on Wednesday in her first appearance since giving birth and spoke about her 3-month-old baby boy Axl Jack.
The singer, who said she's been doing belly dancing yoga to get back into shape, revealed to Ellen Degeneres how she and husband Josh Duhamel decided upon the unique name.
"I have this dream and I was in the audience at this festival. It was outdoors and it was grimy," she said. "And on stage singing it was Jim Morrison and then came Bob Marley and then Axl Rose. I mean I was in heaven in this dream and I'm dancing and just getting into the music and all of a sudden 'boom.'"

The 38-year-old said that was the first time she felt her son kick her. She immediately woke her husband up to tell him the happy news and also told him her dream.
Duhamel then said the name Axl would flow perfectly with the baby's already chosen middle name. The middle name, Jack, comes from Fergie's uncle who passed away last year.
The proud mommy also revealed that Duhamel was in the room as she had Axl via a Caesarean section.

"It's so happy this moment, it's so special, so tender," she said of the birth.
The Black Eyed Peas singer welcomed a 7 pound 10 ounce Axl on Aug. 29. The couple didn't reveal the baby's name to anyone until after his birth because they didn't want to hear anybody's opinions about it.
Fergie broke the news via Twitter in February that she and her husband of four years were expecting their first child.
"Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump," the singer tweeted, along with a photo of herself and her husband as children.
