Black Friday 2013 Tech Deals: Best Sales in Gaming, Movies & Music at Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target & More [PHOTOS]
Black Friday is just days away and as shoppers clamor to get the perfect gifts for their loved ones, or maybe just a good deal for themselves, Enstars is continuing its countdown on the best tech deals in gamins, movies and music.
Gaming Deals:
Nearly every major retailer is slashing prices on every game system they carry, and hundreds of video games will be offered at drastically reduced prices throughout the weekend. The best deals are as follows:
1. Gaming systems: Xbox 360 Kinect Bundle with 4 GB XBOX 360, Kinect Sensor, 2 Games, wireless controller and one month free of Xbox Live Gold Membership for $189.99 at Target. The retailer is offering the bundle at a discount of $110. Best Buy has a similar promotion on their Xbox 360 250 GB Black Friday Bundle, also $189.99.
2. Portable gaming systems: Best Buy is offering the Nintendo 3DS with Luigi's Mansion handheld bundle for $149.99, a savings of $20. For the same price, Kohl's will also have a Nintendo 3DS bundle, but theirs comes with the paper Mario Sticker Star Game.
3. Video games: Without a doubt, the best deals on video games for all systems this year is at Walmart, with over 100 different video games ranging in price from $10-$25. The company is also slashing $25.96 off of the price of popular games like Assassins Creed IV Black Flag, Batman Arkham Origins, NBA 2K14, and Grand Theft Auto. They're also going to have Disney Infinity and Skylanders Starter Packs for $38.96, and Call of Duty: Ghosts for $39.96.
Music Deals:
1. iPods: Target will be selling the 16GB 5th Generation iPod Touch for $229 on Black Friday, and will give anyone who purchases it a free $50 gift card. Best Buy meanwhile, has the best deal on 16 GB 7th Generation iPod Nano, which they will offer for $99.99
2. iTunes gift cards: Radio Shack has a good deal for any shopper purchasing two $25 iTunes gift cards. They'll give those shoppers a free $10 radio Shack gift card with every purchase.
Movies and TV Deals:
1. Walmart: Over 152 select DVD movies will be $1.96 each when Wal-Mart opens their doors at 6 p.m. Thursday night. More than 89 Blu-Ray titles will also be on discount for $3.96, and 35 different Blu-Ray combo packs will be just $9.96. The corporation has also remembered the popularity of TV on DVD, and will offer over 96 titles for $9.96
2. Target: Three titles (Billy Madison, Do the Right Thing and American Reunion) are being offered for just $1 each. Meanwhile, the company doesn't differentiate between Blu-Ray and DVD in their sales, keeping fair pricing on all movies regardless of the format they're in. Prices will range on hundreds of select titles from $4-$9 each. The company is also offering DVD box sets for $13.
3. Best Buy: Over 300 Blu-Ray titles will be available at Best Buy for under $7.99, while over 240 DVDs will be $4.99. Up to 50 different TV titles will also be on sale, for $7.99
4. Kohl's: The best prices for Blu-Rays this Black Friday will actually be at Kohl's, which will have select ones available for just $2.99
