Paul Walker's father spoke candidly about his son's kindness, humility, and passion in life in a recent interview where he paid tribute to the late Fast and Furious star who died on Nov. 30.

Paul Walker III knew his son loved him dearly and spoke about their father-son dynamic with Mail Online.

"He had a way, when he talked to me, it conveyed that he loved me a great deaI. I don't ever remember having an argument with my son," he said about the 40-year-old. "A lot of ways we weren't that much alike and I guess in other ways we were."

The actor was a passenger in a red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT that crashed into a pole and burst into flames in Santa Clarita, Calif. Both Paul and the driver, Roger Rodas, were killed. No other car was involved and the accident took place when both men left an event where they were raising money for the actor's charity, Reach Out Worldwide.

Paul Walker III spoke of his son's warm heart and kind gestures.

"He was kind. He was really a kind person. He wanted people to get along with each other. He didn't like to hear about situations where people argue and fight," he said.

"I keep hearing that Paul would say - one of the cast members on that film they're doing now - said, Paul said to him 'look your not here (doing hand motions depicting different heights), and you're not there... Everybody in the cast we're all equal. We're all the same level. Get that in your head and we'll have a good time making this film and we'll get through it.' "

The Fast and Furious star is survived by his 15-year-old daughter Meadow Walker, whom he had with ex-girlfriend Rebecca McBrain.

When asked about how the family is coping since news of the death, Paul III said it has been "really tough."

"It's hard. Now and then I'll really break down [but] talking really seems to help," he added. "Talking about him...there's just a tremendous amount of stories. I was just told me son gave a Marine a diamond ring to give to a girl who was gonna marry him. I never heard that story. I think he liked people not knowing [about him]."

As far as Meadow mourning the loss of her father, Paul said the teenage is "taking it really tough" but that she has family around her and some "very, very loving friends" making the process a bit easier. "A lot of hugging, a lot of hand holding. Just wonderful people coming telling us how sorry they are."

The actor may be remembered by many for his lead role in the Fast and Furious franchise, or perhaps for his charity work with Reach Out Worldwide. However, Paul III said his son cherished the simple things in life. Paul III relayed a message to fans, telling them how to remember his son.

"Visualize Paul standing on he beach with a surfboard in his arm looking out to the ocean. I think he would like that imagine of himself. I know a lot of people connected with the sea but there was something that was very compelling about the ocean in his life."
