Kelly Clarkson showed off her baby bump in a stunning red, sequined dress as she performed on The Voice Tuesday.

She sang her latest single Underneath The Christmas Tree, the first song from her recently released Christmas album Wrapped In Red.

The singer's red dress, which featured a sheer red flared skirt, matched her red microphone and walking cane as she belted out the holiday tune. Following her performance she wrote on Twitter "Loved being on the @NBCTheVoice tonight!"

"Christmas has come early everybody! #underneaththetree," she added.

She cancelled an overseas album promotional appearance on Sunday and apologized to her fans on Twitter for being "incredibly ill" due to morning sickness from her pregnancy. Clarkson is expected her first child with husband Brandon Blackstock.

"I'm so sorry 2 all my fans overseas 4 not doing promo 4 my Xmas album. I have been incredibly ill w/pregnancy. Hopefully it gets better soon," she tweeted.

Clarkson first revealed her morning sickness on TODAY last week. She told co-anchor Savannah Guthrie she is unsure why the illness for a pregnant woman experienced in her first trimester is called morning sickness.

"That's my big joke right now," the newlywed. "Cause its like, all day and all night. I'm just looking forward to the second trimester!"

The Stronger singer revealed her pregnancy via Twitter on Nov. 19 and wrote "I'm pregnant!!! Brandon and I are so excited!" She then described the news as the "best early Christmas present ever."

She announced their marriage on the social network on Oct. 21.

"I'm officially Mrs. Blackstock :) We got married yesterday at Blackberry Farms in TN, the most beautiful place ever!" she tweeted.

Blackstock is the son of famed music manager Narvel Blackstock, who manages Clarkson. His stepmother is country legend Reba McEntire.

Clarkson will appear in her own Christmas special, Kelly Clarkson's Cautionary Christmas Tale, on Dec. 11. The comedic story shows her learning the true meaning of Christmas, accompanied by the music of her Wrapped In Red album.

The special will feature guest appearance by Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, William Shatner, Danica Patrick, Heidi Klum and Jay Leno, as well as country music stars Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire and Trisha Yearwood.

Kelly Clarkson's Cautionary Christmas Tale will air Dec. 11 at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
