Evelyn Lozada recently revealed that one of the main reasons why she chose not to film the Basketball Wives Season 5 reunion was because of her pregnancy.

In an interview with Hip Hollywood, the 38-year-old reality star said she was tired of talking about her past relationship with ex-husband Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson and wanted to absorb the happiness of her new life.

"I decided not to do the reunion," she said. "I didn't want to unveil the bump on the reunion. It was just a little messy and tacky so I decided I'm not going to do anything, but stand still and enjoy this pregnancy."

When asked if Lozada will continue on the next season of Basketball Wives, she admitted that she was unsure if the series was coming back to VH1.

"I know that I signed on to do five seasons...its one of those things where the show ended a few months ago," she said. "Me personally, I just want to focus on the rest of my pregnancy and the baby which I'm so excited about it."

Lozada did say that she would consider a spin-off show to document her new life with the baby if the opportunity presented itself. Unlike other reality stars, she praised reality television for the opportunities that she has been blessed with and also being able to put her daughter, Shaniece Hairston through college.

"I was able to do a lot of things because of the show," Lozada said. "I've been very blessed."
