Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in New Golden Globes Promos [VIDEOS]
New promos for the 2014 Golden Globes featuring hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler were revealed on Dec. 13.
As the comedienne friends join forces again to host the Golden Globes next year expectations seem to be riding high. These two new promos for the awards ceremony come after the first promo was released on Dec. 6.
The women bring on the funnies as they trade the banter and figure what would be the classiest way to host the big night.
In the first promo, the two announce the fact that they will be entertaining viewers for the evening and why they will be doing this together.
The two declare that they will be hosting the Golden Globes together again both of them give their reasons for doing so. As Poehler says "because we are best friends," Fey chimes in "because we are in love with each other." Fey's admission throws Peohler off as the smile is wiped off her face and she disconcertedly asks Fey what it is she just said. A nervous Fey says she said the same thing as Poehler, that they were best friends.
In the second clip, the two are discussing ways of hosting the function to take things up a notch from last time. Their solution is to make it grand, by hosting the show atop a grand piano. The two then actually get on top of a white piano and animatedly start posing and figure ways of looking graceful and sensuous.
