Beyonce New Song 'Yonce' Music Video: Singer Sports Leotard for Single with Jordan Dunn & Joan Smalls [WATCH]
Beyoncé continues showering her fans with Christmas presents this month by releasing her music video for Yonce the night before Christmas Eve.
The 32-year-old superstar was joined in her video by supermodels Chanel Iman, Joan Smalls and Jourdan Dunn.
The video features the star in a few different sexy looks, including an orange strappy leotard that she alternately covered up with a black fur and a black and white coat. The mother of Blue Ivy also wears a short black cropped, fringe top with lace pants. Her blonde hair was styled in a short, wavy bob, and she had bright red lips with grills on her bottom teeth.
Director Ricky Saiz spoke to New York Magazine earlier this month about the concept behind the music video.
"I'm a young director and the stuff I'm interested in is very lo-fi. I think this is really straight-forward," he said. "I wanted to strip down any concrete narrative and wanted it to be more about the girls, doing the performance with Beyoncé taking a backseat as a kind of madam character."
The singer dropped her self-titled album on iTunes late Dec. 12 to everyone's surprise. The "visual album" features 14 songs and 17 videos. The surprise took retailers by surprise as well. Amazon and Target both refused to stock physical copies of the album as a result.
"While there are many aspects that contribute to our approach and we have appreciated partnering with Beyonce in the past, we are primarily focused on offering CDS that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats," Target said in a statement. "At this time, Target will not be carrying Beyoncé's new self-titled album 'Beyoncé.'"
