'NCIS: LA' Season 5 Spoilers: Mysterious 'Kill House' Character Joins Nate and Danny Trejo In 'Tuhon' [PHOTOS], Will 'The Box' Return? [VIDEO]
NCIS: Los Angeles will be heading to Mexico this February during "Tuhon," and the team will be joined by some old familiar faces.
Written by Dave Kalstein ("The Frozen Lake") and set to air as the season's 15th episode, "Tuhon" will feature the appearance of an unnamed character from a previous episode, the return of Peter Cambor as Operational Psychologist Nate Getz, and guest star role for Danny Trejo (Machete).
Kalstein has been dropping hints about the episode (listed as 514 for production) since early December. The first spoilers leaked out when CBS strategically re-aired season 4's "Kill House" in Dec. 3.
"Stealth Spoiler: a character mentioned in tonight's NCISLA re-run of "Kill House" will appear in Episode 514. Watch tonight & guess who," Kalstein tweeted.
Unfortunately for fans, the writer later explained that the recurring character is not "the box," Kensi's mysterious package that was introduced in the same episode. Instead, the character is most likely Luis Cisneros (Augusto Valvadere) or someone else associated with the Mexican Molina Cartel.
Kalstein also announced the appearances of Cambor and Trejo via his Twitter.
"Game time. Getting [Renee Felice Smith] deadly at dawn, table read at lunch & then NCISLA Ep. 514 w/ [Danny Trejo] begins," Kalstein wrote on Dec. 17.
A day later, Kalstein announced Cambor's arrival on set, saying, "Damn that's a handsome 6'7" man who just arrived at my NCISLA table read. Welcome home [Peter Cambor]."
