The car Paul Walker was in the day of his death was going over 100 miles per hour before the driver lost control and ran into a tree, the Los Angeles County Coroner reported on Friday.
According to the case report on TheSmokingGun, the Porsche Carrera Gt struck a sidewalk, a tree, and then a light post. The vehicle then partially spun around, ran into a tree and burst into flames.
Also, according to TMZ, Walker's body was burned so severely, none of his organs could be used for donations. Walker's body was also in a "pugilistic stance," which is a defensive position that implies he may have been trying to protect himself from the accident.
The man behind the wheel, Roger Rodas, a race car driver, experienced major head trauma with a fractured skull, exposing his brain.
According to the case report, no drugs or alcohol were found in Rodas or Walker.
Walker and Rodas were killed on Nov. 30 in Santa Clarita, Calif. after attending a charity event for "Reach Out Worldwide." This charity is meant to help people affected by natural disasters.
Walker's Fast and the Furious costar and good friend Vin Diesel made a speech at a memorial service held for the actor at the site of his crash in December.
"I just want to say to all of you, if my brother were here right now and he saw all of the love you are bringing here," Diesel said. "At this hard time his family gets to see all of you show the love that you've shown Paul. It's going to stay with me forever. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for coming down here and showing that angel up in heaven how much you appreciate him."
