2014 has already brought great news for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer.

The reality star and former wife of actor Kelsey Grammer told Radar Online that she is officially cancer-free and has completed a "grueling" chemotherapy and radiation treatment program.

"I just finished my chemotherapy and radiation treatment for my cancer, and can happily say, I'm cancer free!" she told the website. "There are no traces of endometrial cancer found and I'm incredibly lucky and blessed."

Grammer tweeted about her good news Jan. 3, sharing a picture of herself with a doctor at the MD Anderson Medical Center.

"I rang the bell at MD Anderson Cancer Center which marks that I have completed my chemo and radiation treatments. YAY" she captioned the photo.

Grammer had tweeted earlier on Dec. 28 that she was going in for her last round of treatments, writing at the time, "In the homestretch of my cancer treatments. Only a few days left. Thank God! And thank you to those who sent me well wishes and prayers!"

Grammer has revealed that some of the most meaningful well-wishes and prayers she received were from her RHOBH cast-mates, who constantly checked in with her to see how she was doing.

"From Lisa, Brandi, Yolanda and Kyle offering to take me to dinner, Taylor (Armstrong), and Kim Richards, who would call me routinely to check up on me, the ladies were just all fantastic," she said.

2013 was a tough year for Grammer, who not only underwent the cancer treatments, but had a radical hysterectomy because of her diagnosis,

She also filed a temporary restraining order against her former boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulus after an alleged Oct. 16 incident which involved him reportedly slamming her head into furniture, pulling out clumps of her hair and leaving her battered and bruised.
