Teen Wolf's golden trio appeared to end their recent hallucination spree during Monday night's "More Bad Than Good," but all may not be as it seems for the Beacon Hills teens.

Scott (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O'Brien), and Allison (Crystal Reed) each lost control of one of their fundamental attributes following their faux suicide ritual in "Alpha Pact." Conquering their frightening hallucinogenic episodes, Scott managed to safely transform while holding onto his humanity, Allison was able to shoot straight (and without inadvertently targeting a friend), and Stiles now seems see a distinct delineation between dreams and reality.

However, Max Carver (Aidan) recently revealed that their ordeal may not actually be over.

"I'm going to go ahead and say they got a little more than their mojo back, and I don't mean that in the best way," Max said on MTV's Wolf Watch."Again, this season is going to be very interesting. It's dark, it's psychological, and I think that things are not as they appear and no one knows what's what. Even though it may appear that they are getting some semblance of being normal again, there's a whole new world."

Part of this new world involves the Nemeton's newest creation - fireflies that appear to morph into human figures. As Teen Wolf moves to introduce an important murderer in next week's "Galvanize," Charlie Carver (Ethan) hints that the fireflies will be further explained.

"When I picked up the script for the episode I was like, 'Fireflies? Really? That's not very scary,'" Charlie confessed on Wolf Watch. "But just you wait."

Teen Wolf airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on MTV. Click the video below to see a preview of "Galvanize."
