Cynthia Bailey Peter Thomas: 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Co-Stars Porsha Says 'I Hope They Go To Counseling' [VIDEO]
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has gone through her own divorce and now is weighing in on her co-star Cynthia Bailey's rocky marriage with Peter Thomas.
In an exclusive interview with Radar Online, Williams said she thinks the best thing for Bailey and Thomas right now is to go through couples counseling.
"It's a communication breakdown. I just hope that they go to counseling or go to a pastor and let him get between them. Communication is so important and it's...if you're arguing, it's heightened when someone else comes around."
That someone else might be Bailey's sister, Mallorie, who dropped in and let the couple know she would be crashing with them for two months in a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Considering Mallorie and Thomas never got along, this didn't sit too well with him, causing he and Cynthia to get into a yelling match.
Williams continued and said, "Deal with your issues. So they just need to take time for them to get back to the basics to why they're together."
Another issue the couple had that aired on the show is when Thomas suggested he get his own man cave so he can get away when he wants to. Williams said that definitely should not happen.
"I completely disagree with that. I'm not even the type of girl, if we have an argument, you don't need to leave afterwards. That's not cool afterwards, so you're definitely not going to have what, a bachelor's pad, man cave whatever."
Cynthia's co-star and friend NeNe Leakes also shared her two cents about their relationship during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Jan. 12.
Leakes said, "I think it's their problem. Everybody's marriage is different and Peter is outspoken and Cynthia is a little bit more mild-mannered. I think Cynthia can handle him though."
