With Super Bowl XLVIII just over a week away, fans are anticipating some great moments during the game.

There are likely to be memorable moments in the game in general, but with the inclusion of Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman, who has made headlines after a post-NFC game rant to Erin Andrews, the surprises are potentially guaranteed.

Though the Super Bowl is football's biggest game every year, and receives mass audience turnouts as a result, the event is never boring. Whether surprise plays go down in history for helping an unexpected team to win the big game, or a half-time show makes more headlines than the game itself, there is always an entertaining surprise.

For example, one of the most memorable plays in recent Super Bowl history occurred in 2012, during Super Bowl XLVI. The New York Giants faced off against the New England Patriots, and were favored to lose the game. They were in fact, behind in the final quarter of the game. Suddenly, with less than a minute left, Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw stumbled on his way to the end zone, falling as he scored a touchdown, bringing the Giants to a 21-17 lead. Tom Brady and the Patriots failed to take back the game in the final 57 seconds, scoring the Giants their second-ever Super Bowl win against their rivals from New England.

Take a look through the attached gallery for seven other memorable Super Bowl moments, and be sure to tune in to FOX on Sunday, Feb. 2 to see the Denver Broncos take on the Seattle Seahawks at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. Kick-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
