Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might be planning a lavish June wedding, but the high profile couple is said to be at odds over whether their daughter should enter the reality TV world.

A source told Radar Online that Kardashian is pressuring her fiancé to let six-month-old North West make her debut on Keeping up with the Kardashians. But he's totally against it, even if the show will fail because of it.

The ratings for Keeping up with the Kardashians aren't as hot as they used to be. The season nine premiere, that aired earlier this month, only scored 2.56 million viewers, which is about a half-a-million less than the eighth season premiere in June 2013.

"Kim really wants to put North on the show...Viewers and fans of the show want to see Kim interact with her daughter, and how she is as a mother," the source said. "Kim has always been an open book with her fans but once Kanye came on the scene, that all changed. Kanye shuts Kim down whenever she brings it up."

A source also added that Kanye thinks "reality television is tacky" and does not want his daughter to be a part of it.

However, Kanye did give in when it came to televising his fancy wedding ceremony with Kardashian set for this June.

A different insider shared the scoop and said, "Kim persuaded Kanye to let the cameras roll because E! will pick up most of the wedding and it's a lot easier for a network to deal with logistics of a foreign wedding than if it were just the two of them planning it."

Their wedding will be in France in the outskirts of Paris. The specific spot "is being kept a secret at this point."

In the meantime, tune in to Keeping up with the Kardashians Sunday nights on E! at 9/8c.
