NCIS: Los Angeles fans have a lot to fear as the CBS series closes in on its second major Densi episode of the season.

Titled "Spoils of War" and penned by Frank Military, the episode will air as the nineteenth installment of season 5 (filmed as 518).

Patrners Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) have been dancing around their feelings for each other for quite some time. Kicked off by an unexpected kiss during the season 4 finale, "Descent," the pair's tremulous romantic relationship was momentarily sidelined by Deeks' unfortunate encounter with Sidorov (Timothy V. Murphy) and his inability to say what he really means. However, when the LAPD detective and the NCIS agent finally got on the same page during "The Frozen Lake," Kensi was quickly relocated to Afghanistan.

When Kensi returns, the team will be in grave danger and her romantic involvement with her partner will be on the rocks once more. Being back near her partner "doesn't work out the way she thinks it's going to work out," explained series creator Shane Brennan, according to TV Line.

"Be afraid...very AFRAID!" tweeted executive producer John Peter Kousakis when the episode's title was announced on Friday.

Meanwhile, Kousakis previously told his followers that Sam Hanna (LL Cool J), Callen (Chris O'Donnell), and Deeks will go on "one of their most dangerous missions" yet and teased the intensity of the episode.

"Just received E518(19) script from #FrankMilitary the episode has many suspenseful moments and true heartfelt emotion #staytuned #NCISLA," Kousakis stated on Wednesday.
