Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is adamant about her feelings toward Apolla Nida definitely going to jail.

In an interview with Bethenny recently, Moore said that Phaedra Parks's husband is 'absolutely' going to prison.

"I don't have anything to say to him after the lies he's told on me, so I don't have a reason to have a conversation with him," she said.

Meanwhile Parks and Nida continue to fight against allegations of identity theft, conspiracy, bank fraud and other charges. Radar Online reported that Nida filed a motion pleading with a federal judge to postpone his criminal hearing.

In documents obtained, Nida asked for "an extension of time up to and including March 25, 2014."

The extended time "will allow the parties sufficient time up to discuss a potential resolution of this case," such as a settlement, the documents read.

Though Parks collaborated with many of his business ventures, she has yet to be charge in the case. Still, she is supporting her husband.

She is suing Angela Stanton over claims of fraud and also allegations she made about her sex life.

"Just about every conversation Phaedra and I had would result in her talking about sex. She would often elaborate about her performance of some type of sexual act," Stanton wrote in Lies of A Real Housewife. "She also shared her personal photo album with me.

"There was all kinds of pictures of her dressed up as a dominatrix, bent over, and posing in different positions. I was shocked," Statton claimed. "There was a pair of handcuffs attached to the headboard [in her bedroom]. Whips, and freaky-ass underwear were hanging everywhere. This was a den for S&M."
