Since he checked into rehab, it's been awhile since Chris Brown was in the spotlight for his legal woes, until now.
Chris Brown and Karrueche End Things?
The Turn Up The Music singer is currently being sued for an alleged fight that broke out after a basketball game back in July 2013, TMZ reported Friday. Malcolm Ausbon filed the lawsuit and said that Brown threatened him after he called foul on him during the game. In the court documents, Ausbon also claimed that Brown said he was a gang member. He said that he tried to leave the area when Brown and his entourage and security team beat him up.
The began to "strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon's head and body" causing harm to the alleged victim's face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs. He stated that the injuries landed him in the hospital and caused to have "embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder."
Ausbon included Brown's security and 24-Hour-Fitness in the lawsuit.
Brown did confess that there was an "incident" that occurred that day, but he maintains that he nor his team hit anyone.
The news of the lawsuit didn't stop the Don't Wake Me Up singer from celebrating Valentine's Day with his longtime girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. A source revealed that Tran was ready to cook for Brown, who is currently serving his court ordered 90 days in rehab.
"She's going to make him some homemade cabbage and shrimp with biscuits. Kae can get down in the kitchen and she's going to whip him up a little something."
Brown also apparently has something planned for Tran too, as soon as his stint in rehab is over.
"He's already told her that once he leaves and gets his affairs in order, he's taking her away -- just the two of them."
