According to Radar Online, the couple, who have been dealing with Nida's approaching fraud trial, were apart on Valentine's Day, and Nida was reportedly partying with other women.
"IM HERE COLUMBIA SC LETS GO!!!!!!! PALACE 2," Nida tweeted Feb. 14, referencing a popular nightclub in the city.

Comments on the post also alleged that Nida made several other stops that night, and was accompanied by at least one other woman, who wasn't his reality star wife.
"Thanks had a great night chilling with u and bro at palace and mobay," user Michelle Edwards tweeted Nida the following day.
"@apollonida03 think I saw you at urban nirvana spa today while I was at Strabucks...Too bad you weren't with Phaedra but that other woman :/ " Rachel Raad also tweeted the star.
Nida, who has been accused of cheating before and claims the allegations are untrue, has not commented on the most recent rumors of his infidelity.
He was previously accused of having intimate text conversations with his wife's co-star, Kenya Moore, as well.
Moore, who appeared on Bethenny Feb. 12 said she "absolutely" thought Nida was headed for prison on fraud charges, and claimed she doesn't speak to Nida since the texting scandal broke.
"I don't have anything to say to him after the lies he's told on me," she said. "I don't have a reason to have a conversation with him."
Moore has found something to say about Parks however. While participating in a Q&A with fans on her Twitter account Feb. 15, Moore alleged that Parks is just as guilty as her husband is in the fraud case.
When two fans asked her if Parks knew about Nida's legal drama and if she was as much of an alleged con artist as her husband, Moore replied by telling them "Of course" and "Ask Angela Stanton."
Stanton, who served time with Nida for a prior fraud conspiracy, has alleged that Parks was the mastermind behind the initial scheme.
