Teresa Giudice Trial: Conspiracy & Fraud Charges Not Stopping 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Star From Pursuing New Projects Without Joe? [PHOTO]
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is not letting her current legal troubles slow her down one bit, as she promotes her new product line without her husband, Joe.

On social media, the 41-year-old entrepreneur and mom is promoting her new line of wine, Fabellini. She will be making appearances at local wine shops in the Tri-State area to meet and greet with fans and to promote her latest business venture. However, her husband Joe Giudice will not be by her side.
In the most recent chapter of their legal scandal, which charges the couple for over 41 counts of fraud, their legal team asked for separate trials. According to reports from Above The Law, Joe's side of legal team filed the motion.

The motion declares that, "Joe would testify that Teresa was essentially ignorant of much of what went on that gave rise to criminal charges." The motion also stated that, "Joe, his business partner, and their lawyer signed Teresa's name without her knowledge; and the banks knew this."
If Mr. Giudice's request is granted, Teresa may be in the clear.
However, Radar Online reported that the federal prosecutors of this case are not going down without a fight. They filed a motion to deny the request, because "Teresa and [Joe] appear to share the hope that each may have a better chance of acquittal in a separate trial," the court documents said. "This, however, is not sufficient basis to sever two defendants charged as participants in the same conspiracy and fraudulent scheme."
For now, there have been no official rulings on if the trials will move forward separately. However, with the cases' latest developments, Teresa Giudice's new wine will probably do better if her husband has nothing to do with it.
