The CW's newest spin-off is set to receive a backdoor pilot in episode 20 of Supernatural, and Buzolic and Laviscount are the first official castings for the series, according to Deadline.
While Supernatural tracks monsters on a national scale, Tribes will be taking a break from the Winchesters' road-weary tactics and fight the paranormal on a local scale. Based in Chicago, the series will follow a brand new hunter, Ennis Roth, as he is quickly comes to realize that the Windy City's underworld is ran by five supernaturally gifted families.

Drawn into hunting after the death of a loved one, Roth will be portrayed by Laviscount (Episodes). A 20-something police academy student, Roth has been described by TV Line as "likeable, strong-willed [and] resolute."
In contrast, the Vampire Diaries Buzolic will take on the role of David Hayden. A shapeshifter, David comes from one of Chicago's five main monster families. However, the 20-something has been out of the life for sometime and it will take a family tragedy of his own to draw him back in, according to TV Line.
