On Friday, Radar Online reported that Theroux asked his fiance to come see him in New York City to celebrate her 45th birthday, which was on February 11. The Along Came Polly star apparently refused to come because she would have rather spent her day in warm weather.

"Justin asked Jen to come to New York City but she declined, citing the cold weather," an insider reported. "She wanted to be in sunny California with her friends."
The couple got engaged more than a year ago, and there is still no word on when the wedding will happen. According to the insider, it's mainly just because they're putting their careers first.
"It's absolutely indicative of the status of Jen and Justin's relationship," the insider continued. "There is absolutely no wedding talk or planning going on. Publicly the couple is saying it's because they are just too busy with work, but if they wanted to get married, it would happen."
It appears that the couple's relationship could be in trouble with all this time apart.
"The relationship is definitely at an impasse," sources revealed. "Either it's going to fizzle out, which seems likely, or they get married. Jen is extremely insecure and very needy...Justin is the opposite, very laid back and low maintenance."
Aniston and Theroux reportedly started dating for three years since they worked together in the film "Wanderlust."
