Christina Grimmie, who auditioned for The Voice, recently spoke about what she felt her chances were of winning the competition as well as her thoughts on Miley Cyrus.

While Grimmie admitted to Hollywood Life on Tuesday that she has no idea what her odds are of winning The Voice are, it isn't something she's dwelling on.

"I don't know if I'm going to win or if I'm going to end up not going to the live [shows], but it's all about the journey," Grimmie revealed. "Wherever I'm going to end up, I'm going to be happy with it. I would just really like to go all the way!"

Grimmie describes herself as a singer who takes pop songs and puts her own spin on them, which is a reason why she chose to sing a popular Cyrus song at the audition.

"Wrecking Ball was just the perfect song for me because if I had done a cover for YouTube, I probably would have changed it the same way I would have changed my blind [audition]," Grimmie said. "I knew it would be the perfect song to sing for the judges, and my existing fans and new ones."

The 19-year-old also revealed that she has some respect for the former Disney star.

"She's off the beaten path," Grimmie said about Cyrus. "She's not really the innocent girl she used to be, and I don't have anything to say about that. But what I do respect about her is that she doesn't really care what anyone's saying. The fact that she's going about her life the way that she wants to go about it, I think that I can learn from that."
