Evelyn Lozada has yet to show off her newborn's face, but the reality star posted an adorable snapshot of his little hand.

The 38-year-old reposted a photo that her daughter Shaniece, 20, originally uploaded on Instagram, showing his tiny fingers clenching her thumb.

The caption reads, "You are the finest, loveliest, tenderest & the most beautiful person I have ever known- & even that in an understatement."

Lozada gave birth on Saturday, March 22 to her second child, Carl Leo, and the bundle of joy arrived at 3:55 a.m. MST at 8 pounds and 21 inches long. Shortly after she tweeted, "Thank you God for my blessing!"

The New York native, who got engaged last Christmas to the baby's father, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford, said she was hoping for a boy.

"I was about 13 weeks when they told me the sex! I was honestly praying for a boy," Lozada told People in January. "I have wanted to have a son for years."

Her daughter was just as enthused as Lozada that she'd have a younger brother.

"We were both so happy. There are all girls on my side, so this will be our first boy. My family is over the moon," Lozada told the magazine.

"Shaniece is just happy that she can still be the princess of the family."
