The former Basketball Wives star posted an Instagram photo on Saturday of a Star Trac treadmill and revealed her plan to return to her pre-pregnancy body.
"Day 1 of my 30 day challenge! I can't wait to share my journey with all of you! Details coming on Monday! We can do it together!" she wrote as the caption.

It's no surprise that Lozada started working out promptly after welcoming her newborn since she often flaunted her toned figure on social media and posted tons of fitness photos before pregnancy. The pescatarian is also the celebrity ambassador of YouthH20, an age-defying system.
The 38-year-old gave birth on Saturday, March 22 to her second child, Carl Leo, and the bundle of joy arrived at 3:55 a.m. MST at 8 pounds and 21 inches long. Shortly after she tweeted, "Thank you God for my blessing!"
The mother of 20-year-old Shaniece, also became engaged last Christmas to the baby's father, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford. The athlete planted a 14.5 carat sparkler on her finger designed by Jason of Beverly Hills.
"He came into my life at a perfect time," she told Life & Style about her fiancé. "Everything that happened makes me appreciate him 1,000 times more and he also makes me a better person."
