Miranda Kerr has one of the most talked about bodies in America, but she recently admitted to GQ that she does not get it by living in the gym, and depends on a different type of cardio to bring about her near-perfect physique.

Miranda Kerr is GQ UK's newest cover girl and in the new May 2014 issue, she isn't hiding anything -- at all. The 30-year-old Victoria's Secret model posed nearly-nude for the cover and the inner spread, and after having a baby only three years ago, she looks amazing.

Since she started strutting down the runway in her very own pair of angel wings in 2007, women all over the world have wondered what she does to stay in shape. In her new interview with GQ, the single-and-mingling former wife of actor Orlando Bloom, is not afraid to give the intimate details of how she keeps her coveted figure.

Orlando Bloom Explains Where It All Went Wrong

"The more sex I have, the more defined my arms and stomach get," Kerr candidly reveals in the article. "One thing I've noticed is now that I'm having less sex my body isn't as toned."

It has only been six months since she and her husband of three years separated. Now, the actor and model are co-parenting their three year old son Flynn, as Kerr is enjoying life back on the dating scene. She says, "I'm dating. I'm loving it."

While most would assume that after three years of marriage, a young-enough, drop-dead gorgeous model would have various rendezvous with the worlds' most eligible bachelors, but she tells GQ she is just not that kind of girl.

"One-night stands aren't my thing. I made Orlando wait for six months until I even kissed him," Kerr says of their former relationship. "This is my time to explore and have some fun. I'm not looking to fall in love again quickly."

So ladies, want to look like a model? You may not have to renew that gym membership you never use, after all.
