It looks like Katy Perry might still be hung up on John Mayer to the point where she needs to see a hypnotherapist.
On Thursday, The Hollywood Gossip posted information about the Unconditional singer on how she was heartbroken ever since she and the Daughters star ended their relationship.
"Katy was devastated...they had talked about marriage and she seemed to think he was a changed man, so she is beyond gutted," an insider supposedly said.

Apparently, Perry has a lot of confidence when it comes to alternative therapies, which is the reason she allegedly started seeing a hypnotherapist. It appears that the singer is trying to get her ex out of her life for good.
"Katy was really hurt by John and she doesn't want him worming his way back in," the insider said.
"He hates women moving on from him, but this time she's determined to erase him from her life," the insider added. "Her first step was to get him to move all of his belongings out."
The source them pointed out that Perry is looking for a "fresh start."
There was a recent rumor that Perry had moved on to Twilight star Robert Pattinson for comfort and for casual hookups, but a source confirmed to Hollywood Life that the two are just good friends.
"They are two beautiful, flirty and charismatic people and when outsiders look at it, that makes it look like they must hook up," the source said. "But the truth is they have always been with someone so they have become great friends instead. Anytime that it had the chance to become more has passed."
