The 49th annual Academy of Country Music Awards is here, and some of the biggest names in country music are set to gather in Las Vegas to celebrate both the industry's biggest talents and new names.

Hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, the night's festivities kick off at 8 p.m. on CBS. Several stars are set to take the stage with memorable performances.

The Band Perry is scheduled to open the show with a performance, while Miranda Lambert and George Strait will perform a Merle Haggard tribute medley. Other special performance swill include a performance from Florida Georgie Line and Luke Bryan, while Hunter Hayes is scheduled to make a special performance in conjunction with the "Child Hunger Ends Here" campaign.

Leading with the most nominations going into the night is Miranda Lambert, who is up for Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Single Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Video of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year. Other multiple nominees include Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Kacey Musgraves.

Two of the biggest award categories of the night are the awards that are being voted on by fans on CBS.com. Fans are able to vote for Entertainer of the Year, presented by Ram. Those nominees include Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, George Strait and Taylor Swift. Fans can also vote for the Best New Artist of the Year, presented by Kohls. Those nominees include Brett Eldredge, Justin Moore, Kip Moore.
