Just when the home of the entertainment industry seemed about ready to turn its back on her for good, the series came to her rescue and seemed to be one of her last resorts for salvaging her career. However, has her most recent acknowledgement on the show done more harm than good?

During the latest episode of Lindsay on April 6, the 27-year-old Mean Girls actress confessed to having a glass of wine during a time when she is supposed to be recovering from alcoholism, and thus practicing sobriety. "I had a glass of wine, and that was it," confessed Lohan, who later claimed to have "screwed up."

Monday, the Daily News reported on Lohan's revealing statements, which uncovered some of the underlying guilt the starlet was feeling. "I screwed up, and that's OK, but now what can I do so that doesn't happen again. And that's a part of the process. That's a part of life," declared Lohan.

Recently, the former child actress, who has been admitted into rehab six separate times, explained that it is difficult to remain on the right track and operate in everyday life after being in the facility. She stated, "Being in recovery and leaving this place where you're in this little bubble and everything is safe around you, it's really hard." Regardless of any hardships she may be dealing with though, Lohan assures that sobriety is a priority for her, and plus her career seems to be making a comeback, too.
