Despite reports claiming that she has been diagnosed with both schizophrenia and bipolar disorders when placed in an involuntary psychiatric hold last summer, actress Amanda Bynes has now cleared up rumors of what exactly her mental health state was.

In an interview with People, Bynes' attorney Tamar Arminak revealed that the actress never was diagnosed with schizophrenia, and has reportedly been living healthy off of her prescribed medications.

"There has been much speculation about Amanda's medical condition. She has remained silent because she believed it was best to keep her mental health diagnosis private," Arminak said. "However, she has asked me to dispel certain rumors. For the record, Amanda does not have schizophrenia, nor has she ever been diagnosed with it."

Arminak also revealed that the 28-year-old actress is off the medications she was prescribed while under the psychiatric hold, and also while in rehab.

"Amanda is currently on zero medication," Arminak said. "She's devoted to living her life as healthy as possible. She's never had a history of abusing alcohol or hard drugs, and she's proud to say she has been marijuana-free for the past nine months."

Bynes consistently made headlines in 2013 for increasingly erratic behaviors, bizarre Twitter messages and rants and for changing her look with various colored wigs and cheek piercings. After setting a fire in a driveway in her hometown of Thousand Oaks, Calif. she was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold at an L.A. hospital before being transferred to a rehab facility. She was released from the facility in December 2013.

Since her release, the actress has appeared to cut a healthier and happier figure as she attends classes at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She even recently tweeted photos of her spring break and birthday vacation with her parents to Mexico, showing off her new, rocking bikini body.

However, a report on Celebuzz claims that the actress still displayed some skittish behaviors on her trip, and appeared nervous while in public, according to a reported eyewitness.

"She was looking pretty freaked out by the world," Dannon Kuiper, who reportedly was also in Cabo San Lucas that week told the website. "She was like running around hiding from people because she was flying commercial. She was standing in a crowd boarding the plane like totally freaking out because she probably was scared someone would recognize her."

Though no comments have come on Bynes' verified Twitter account about either the allegations of her nervous behavior or her mental health diagnosis, an account that has been alternately reported as a secret account run by the actress or an imposter who wants fans to believe they are her, tweeted the Celebuzz journalist about the skittish behavior allegations.

"@dreatwin How about fact checking before you publish an article? Very unprofessional," the user, who goes by the name of Ashley Barks, tweeted April 8.
