It looks like things might be picking up for Katy Perry ever since her split from John Mayer, according to sources who say she's focusing on something else.
On Wednesday, E! News reported that the Roar singer is not speaking to Mayer and is not dating anyone else right now.
"She is great spirits right now," a source told the site.

This could be due to the singer's upcoming tour.
"Katy is focused on her tour right now," the source continued. "She is not allowing anything to distract her from it."
There was a recent rumor that the Dark Horse singer was heartbroken over her breakup with the No Such Thing star to the point where she had to see a hypnotherapist.
"Katy was devastated...they had talked about marriage and she seemed to think he was a changed man, so she is beyond gutted," an insider revealed to The Hollywood Gossip.
The insider also mentioned that Perry wants her ex-boyfriend out of her life for good.
"Katy really hurt by John and she doesn't want him worming his way back in," the source said.
"He hates women moving on from him, but this time she's determined to erase him from her life," the source continued. "Her first step was to get him to move all of his belongings out."
There was also some gossip that Perry was having some sort of sexual relationship with actor Robert Pattinson, but a source confirmed to Hollywood Life that the two were nothing more than close friends.
