Google Nexus Tablet is expected to be announced this Wednesday during the Google Developer I/O Conference.
According to Gizmodo Australia leaked reports, the Google Nexus Tablet manufactured by Asus will be a 7-inch model with 1.3 Ghz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, a GeForce 12-core graphics processor with 1GB of RAM.
The tablet will be the first to carry the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The viewing of the tablet will be excellent with IPS (in-plane switching) 178 degree viewing angle and 1280x800 pixels. The tablet will only have a front facing camera. The entry level 8GB model is expected to cost $199 similar to the Kindle fire and the 16GB model will cost $250 according to Gizmodo.

The Google Nexus Tab will go face to face with the upcoming Amazon Kindle Fire 2 which is expected to be released during Amazons release event in July 31 according to Digitimes.
The second-generation Amazon Kindle Fire will remain a 7-inch tablet with 1280x800 pixel display higher than the first generation 1024X600. No word if Amazon will include bluetooth or what processor and memory it will have. The price of the first generation Kindle fire will be reduced to $149.
