Total Divas star Nikki Bella has given her boyfriend, John Cena, a special surprise for his birthday via social media.
On Wednesday, Bella posted a photo on her Instagram page of herself with Cena in a collage of four different photos. In one picture, she and her boyfriend are posing together while holding wine glasses and looking romantic for the camera. In another image, the two are sharing a kiss while in the next photo, they're holding cups while giving excited facial expressions to the camera. In the last picture, Cena is wearing a fancy shirt and tie, kissing Bella's forehead as she wears a pink dress.
Bella captioned this photo, "Happy Birthday To The Most Amazing Man I Have Ever Known! I Love You So Much @JohnCena."

There is currently no word on what Bella planned to do with her boyfriend on his 37th birthday.
Bella and the rest of the Divas have had themselves a handful of a week lately ever since new photos of them were released to support the NOH8 campaign. This campaign is meant to support sexual orientation and gender equality as well as human advocacy. In these photos, the women are seen giving muscle shots with dramatic facial expressions. They have duct tape over their mouths with the words "No H8" written across their cheeks, something that the campaign is mostly famous for.
According to Zap2It, the ladies are involved in lots of charities, and doing what they can to help those in need.
