Robin Roberts, 53, has beaten blood cancer and a rare blood and bone disorder, wrote about it in her memoir, Everybody's Got Something, and now has landed on USA Today's best-seller list. Healthy and fabulous, the Good Morning America host's future is looking brighter than ever.
Oh The Irony! Robin Roberts Can't Get Girlfriend To 'Come Out' On Ellen
Everybody's Got Something landed at number 13 on USA Today's Best-Selling Books list. The title comes from a question Roberts asked her mother while going through a severe disease (myelodysplastic syndrome) that threatened to take her life, according to USA Today on May 1.
"Why is this happening to me?" she asked.

Her mom replied, "Honey, everybody's got something."
Roberts' mother is suggesting that not only does everybody have something difficult to deal with, but everybody's got something special and powerful inside that helps them overcome it. Roberts definitely tapped into her inner strength, her incredible doctors and the special love of her nearly decade-long girlfriend, caregiver Amber Laign, 39.
She and Laign, a licensed message therapist from San Francisco, live separately - but it makes their bond deeper. "Maybe that's why we've lasted almost a decade!" she writes in her book. She calls Laign the "wind beneath my wings."
Roberts came out with her sexuality on Facebook when thanking Laign for all her support - especially when she had only 2 years to live.
"I am grateful for my entire family, my long time girlfriend, Amber, and her friends as we prepare to celebrate a glorious new year together."
She now refers to herself as "a walking miracle."
Roberts recently visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she said she's feeling "strong like bull."
"I have never been this happy nor healthy in such a long time," she glowed.
On the show, she said she couldn't get shy girlfriend Laign to "come out" to the audiences - which is pretty much like handing a joke to DeGeneres.
"Well she came out... It's too late for that now," the host joked.
The audience cheered just like all of America is doing for Roberts on her triumphant recovery.
