Ryan Gosling, Eva Mendes Secretly Engaged?
According to FanShare, the actress' career has taken a dive since her relationship with Gosling, as she hasn't done much film work since she began dating her Place Beyond the Pines co-star in 2011. Their film together was her last major studio film, and the only one she has filmed since is Gosling's directorial debut, Lost River. She has also only done one television movie, Clear History.
The website reports that only filming two major movies in the last few years could have a detrimental impact on her career, as directors won't wait for her to consider working on films again while she focuses on stabilizing her relationship.

The website also speculates that the lack of films is hurting her career enough that she could consider walking away from Gosling if they can't work out their differences.
"Currently there are no rumors or talk about any upcoming projects but entertainment insiders are hoping that once she gets her personal relationship settled about whether she is engaged to Ryan Gosling or moving on that she will bring her superior acting talent to the big screen on a more consistent basis," the website said.
Gosling and Mendes' relationship has been a reported roller coaster, with several reported break-ups and reunions in a nearly three-year long period. The most recent reports claim the couple is secretly engaged and planning to officially start a life together as a married couple, though their notorious privacy has prevented them from making any official announcement.
Mendes has also taken time off from movies in the past few years to focus more on her budding career in fashion design, with a special label she created in partnership with New York & Company.
