Teresa and Joe Giudice Trial: Fraud Charges Dismissed? Judge Tosses Out Mortgage Case Against 'Real Housewives' Stars [VIDEO]
Teresa and Joe Giudices legal issues have gotten a little better.
A judge has tossed out a mortgage fraud case against Joe just a week after he dismissed Teresa as a defendant, getting the couple in the clear.
Their Legal Coach and Crisis Manager Wendy Feldman told Radar Online Tuesday, "This is a HUGE victory for the Giudice family and for their ongoing criminal case that is taking new turns by the day."

Joe's former business partner Joe Mastropole claimed that Teresa's husband forged his name on several mortgage documents of an apartment building they both owned. While Mastrolpole's name was taken off the mortgage after Joe refinanced, he never received the $260,000 he was owed. But Superior Court Judge Kenneth Slowmienski tossed out the case.
The couple is still facing years behind bars, Teresa could get 27 while Joe could serve 46 then be deported back to Italy. The couple pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges in March. They are doing everything they can to make sure nothing they say or do will impact their sentencing on July 8. Teresa has even been advised not to do interviews with the media until after.
An insider told the site, "If Teresa was out there doing press interviews, promoting The Real Housewives of New Jersey before the July 8 sentencing, it would look like she wasn't taking the process seriously, which she definitely is."
Until then, she and Joe are focused on their family and keeping everything "as normal as possible for her daughters."
