Amanda Bynes Rehab 2014: Actress Resurfaces On Twitter & Boasts About ‘Beautiful’ Sister Jill Joyce One Year After Calling Her ‘Ugly?’ [PHOTO]
After remaining silent on social media for over a month and rarely being spotted in public the past few weeks, formerly troubled starlet Amanda Bynes has resurfaced and appears to still be doing well following her very public meltdown in 2013.

The actress tweeted a photo of herself with older sister Jill Joyce May 15, referring to her sibling as "beautiful."
"Me and my beautiful sister @jilly_joyce," the starlet captioned the photo.

In the snap, the two siblings are both dressed up and fashionable. Joyce sported a pair of skintight black pants, a sheer lack top, blue strappy sandals, a blue belt and simple gold jewelry, while Bynes chose black shorts, a black peplum top, a sheer polka-dot shawl, pointed-toe pumps with a chainlink ankle strap and a snakeskin handbag.
Both women are smiling big smiles together in the snap.
The picture could be Bynes' way of making amends with her sister, who was one of the many people she insulted during her various Twitter rants in 2013. In June of that year, the actress slammed her older sister's looks in a tweet aimed for Canadian rapper Drake.
"My sister Jillian Has An Ugly Face Don't Worry Drake," she tweeted last June.
Calling people "Ugly" was a popular insult Bynes slammed various other celebs and her family members with at the time.
Bynes consistently made headlines last year for increasingly erratic behaviors, her bizarre tweets and for changing her look with various colored wigs and cheek piercings. After setting a fire in a driveway in her hometown of Thousand Oaks, Calif. she was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold at an L.A. hospital before being transferred to a rehab facility. She was released from the facility in December 2013.
At the time of her hospitalization, it was reported that the actress had been diagnosed with both schizophrenia and bipolar disorders, though her mother has since claimed that her daughter was never diagnosed with the disorders and her behaviors were all a result of marijuana usage.
"Amanda has no mental illness whatsoever," Lynn Bynes told E! News April 9. "She has never been diagnosed as schizophrenic or bipolar. Amanda is very sorry for all the hurtful tweets, statements and actions that occurred while she was under the influence of marijuana."
Amanda's lawyer also refuted claims the actress had been diagnosed with the disorders, and said she is now off any medications and has been marijuana-free for nine months.
"Amanda is currently on zero medication," Tamar Arminak told People. "She's devoted to living her life as healthy as possible. She's never had a history of abusing alcohol or hard drugs, and she's proud to say she has been marijuana-free for the past nine months."
