Actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum revealed some more details on her life since becoming a mom, including how she stays energized.

On Thursday, Life & Style posted the information from the Witches of East End star, who mentioned what kind of diet she has. Apparently, she has a daily blend of romaine, celery, spinach and fruit, creating a nutritious smoothie.
"One of my best diet tricks is having a green smoothie in the morning instead of a big breakfast," the actress told the magazine.

"You get tons of vitamins, minerals and fiber at the beginning of the day instead of loading up with carbs," she added. "It gives me more energy!"
Dewan-Tatum then gave a tip on how one can truly stay fit.
"When you eat things that are nutritious, you don't have to work so hard to stay in shape," she said.
The actress, who's married to Channing Tatum, recently talked about her 11-month old daughter, Everly, posted on Yahoo! Celebrity. Apparently, her child has taken over her mother's trailer.
"We call it 'Everly's Trailer' because it's completely baby-proofed. We have mats on the floor and toys hanging from the ceiling!" Dewan-Tatum told Life & Style. "She gets so excited to be there!"
Despite spending a lot of her time filming, the actress mentioned that she would make time for her daughter every time she could.
"Last season she was in the trailer 24/7 because I was running back and forth breast-feeding," the actress said. "Now she goes to the park or does something fun, then she'll come and see me for a couple of hours at lunch."
