Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott can add one more issue to their already long list of troubles, as the reality television couple is reportedly causing "hell" for their neighbors in their upscale Encino, Calif. neighborhood.

The couple is allegedly causing havoc for their neighbors as they are currently filming their reality television show, True Tori from their home. Locals are complaining of the increased number of paparazzi and film crews that have camped in front of their homes in the relatively quiet area.

One neighbor tells Radar Online, "Nothing is going okay. This is a quiet neighborhood and it used to be a great street. Now our street is filled with paparazzi, film crews and trucks! I've been here 14 years and no one has ever parked where I live. Now, there's no space. It's not fun!"

If that weren't enough, neighbors are also complaining about Spelling's numerous pets, including her six dogs that howl throughout the day.

"The truth is they have five or six dogs and all day the dogs bark," the source added. "In a couple of months if this continues, I will look into my options. My wife believes none of the neighbors are happy."

Spelling and McDermott moved to their $10,500 per month rental home in Encino after being forced out of their Tarzana home for failing to pay their rent.
