Andi Dorfman might be the new Bachelorette, but according to sources, she was in a long-term relationship right before landing a spot on one of television's most talked about reality shows.

The 26-year-old star was reportedly involved with ex-pro baseball player John Busing but decided to end their relationship when she found out that she was cast on Juan Pablo Galavis' season of The Bachelor. The two were seeing each other for four years and were planning on getting married before they split, Busing revealed.

Juan Pablo Responds To Andi Dorfman's Diss

Meanwhile, it looks as though Juan Pablo himself left a rather cryptic message to Dorfman on his Facebook page this week. There is speculation his message is in retaliation to Dorfman's The Bacherlorette promo which poked fun at the former Venezuelan soccer player by saying "She's looking for the right Juan (one)."

"Today I want to wish the BEST to you Andi Dorfman on your JOURNEY as the Bachelorette... ," Juan Pablo wrote on his Facebook page. "I'm GLAD to hear that now you have gone THROUGH the process, some of the things that we talked about while we were on The Bachelor which to you seemed NEGATIVE, became your REALITY during 2 months of filming."

"Best wishes and like I said, HOPE you STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF, but if not, it's OK... jejejeje," he added.

Juan Pablo is now dating Dorfman's best friend, Nikki Ferrell.

The 10th season of The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
