'Teen Mom 2' News: Chelsea Houska, Adam Lind Due For Custody Battle Following Season 5 Arrest? [VIDEO]
Rumors regarding the conflict between Chelsea Houska and Adam Lind from MTV's Teen Mom 2 continue to rage. The custody battle, which continued throughout Season 5, might just be starting all over again.
Various, though unconfirmed, sources online have suggested that Houska is afraid to leave their four year-old daughter, Aubree, in Lind's care. This is following Lind's most recent release from jail after having been arrested earlier this month after driving with a revoked license. Lind has a history of speeding and DUI charges ranging from 2007, when he was still a minor, to 2013. He was even involved in a car accident that nearly killed him.
With a history of arrests, most of which were for DUIs, some of which were nearly fatal, it is not surprising that Houska would seek to keep their child away from him. While Lind is not legally permitted to drive with their child in the car, it is possible that Houska could ask for more restrictions. The current custody agreement allows for Aubree to visit her father on alternating weekends.
Houska has yet to make an official statement on the matter. Neither her Twitter nor her Instagram account have mentioned Lind since his release.
Houska did post a photo on Instagram yesterday. The image shows young Aubrey, wearing a pair of sunglasses and watching dandelion seeds float in the breeze. The caption read "dandelion wishes for days."
If Houska is seeking to modify their custody agreement, for now she is keeping quiet about it.
